At the end of March , the mobilisation of Ile d’Ouessant, commissioned by Luis Dreyfus Armateurs, was completed. The project was to change the configuration and equipment of the ship which entered the yard as Platform Support Vessel and adapting her to perform work intendent for cable layer, whose task is to lay and repair submarine telecommunication cables. It was a prestigious, very interesting and one of the most technically advanced projects carried at Remontowa S.A. at the turn of 2019 and 2020. The ship also underwent a classic dock and maintenance repairs. Exactly a year ago in March ‘19, „Ile de Batz” underwent similar mobilization in our Shipyard.
